We will guide you through the California probate process to ensure that your loved one's estate is administered quickly and seamlessly. We service Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

TRUST ADMINISTRATION

If you are a trustee or successor trustee, we will guide you through the trust administration process to ensure that the trust is administered properly and efficiently. We will provide as much or as little assistance as you desire. If you are a beneficiary, we will work with you to ensure that your interests are protected.

CONSERVATORSHIP

We will work with you to establish and administer a conservatorship or limited conservatorship for an incapacitated adult or an adult with developmental disabilities. We service Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

GUARDIANSHIP

Attorney Profile

Welcome to the Law Office of Emily Lerner, A Professional Corporation. Emily Lerner is passionate about helping her clients protect their families and ensure that their legacies are preserved. She is honored to be able to guide her clients so that they can focus on taking care of themselves and their loved ones.

Prior to establishing her law firm, Ms. Lerner worked for a well-established law practice in Redlands, California. Ms. Lerner began her legal career in Washington, D.C. as an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel for the United States Department of Health and Human Services. She then worked for a boutique estate planning and elder law firm in Southern Indiana.

Ms. Lerner holds a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School and graduated with College Honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ms. Lerner is licensed to practice law in California. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Bar Association.

Ms. Lerner was raised in Southern California and resides in Claremont with her husband and two children.
